EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

 Strategic Leadership for Business Growth

A leading Australasian provider of maintenance and outsourced services to a wide range of industrial clients in key infrastructural areas.  They wish to appoint an Executive Director experienced in the engineering/industrial contracting sector to lead and manage their market-facing activity and represent the company at the strategic level to clients and prospects throughout New Zealand.  This requires the establishment of high level relationships (CEO/ Director level) with existing clients through networking and building relationships with industry leaders at the highest level in identifying new business opportunities.  The Executive Director will provide leadership working alongside Australasian General Managers and manage effective relationships through the matrix structure.

Candidates will be expected to bring proven leadership within a complex commercial and operational environment, the ability to work in a matrix structure, and to influence and advise General Managers, strong networking and relationship building skills at the CEO/Director level and a sound knowledge of commercial and financial management to minimise compliance and other business risks.  The ability to make presentations, conceptualise the future, and provide direction amongst others, and additional value adding skills.  Knowledge of contracting will round out this portfolio of competencies.  This nation-wide accountability enables a diversity of industrial sectors with high level relationships.
